We ship worldwide. Below you can find our shipping rates as well as an estimated time of arrival. Free shipping in all orders over 300€.

We use DHL as our main courier for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email with your tracking details, so you are able to follow your order's journey. If your destination is not available for a tracked service, the courier will get in touch to arrange delivery at a suitable time.

Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping and customs costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Dandelion 1989.

If a client is shipping to a destination outside European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and will be the responsibility of the client. We recommend informing yourself at the local customs office of your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. Consider as well, orders with more than one item could be charged an additional payment on international deliveries. Shipping and customs costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Dandelion 1989.

RETURNS:

As a small brand, we want to convey the importance of shopping responsibly to avoid returns. All our items come with a size guide, photos, and descriptions accurate to the product. Please make sure the item is suitable for you before making the purchase. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns have a similar cost to its shipping price, marked previously in the shipping chart. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us via email at: hello@dandelion1989.com.

Your return must reach back to Dandelion 1989 no later than 14 days after the delivery date. We recommend that you return your order within 7 days after delivery, so that it arrives on time with our partner. All goods must be returned unused and in perfect conditions, with their original tags attached. Swimwear must be tried over underwear before deciding whether to keep the product or not.

Clients are required to email hello@dandelion1989.com along with the reason for the refund. Our team must confirm all returns before they can be processed. Dandelion 1989 will not accept returns unless they have been communicated in advance by the customer and we will arrange the return pick-up using our DHL account.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the items at our warehouse, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that Dandelion 1989 will no refund international duties and taxes.
