We offer reduced shipping rates on all orders worldwide. Below you can find our shipping rates and estimated delivery times. 

We use DHL for all orders. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your order’s journey.

Spain:  €5.00. Shipping 24h

United Kingdom:  £14.99. Shipping 24h

Europe:  €12.95. Shipping 24h

United States & Canada:  $20.50.  Shipping 24h

International:  $24.95. Shipping 2-4 working days.

Customs Information:

Shipping fees do not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments outside the European Union. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, determined by the local customs authorities.

The recipient will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Should a customer decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they will bear full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping, and any associated handling costs.

For orders shipping outside the European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information to avoid unexpected charges. Please also note that orders with multiple items may incur additional shipping costs.

RETURNS:

At Dandelion 1989, we encourage responsible shopping to minimize returns. We provide detailed product descriptions, accurate photos, and a size guide to ensure the best possible fit. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before purchasing, as clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that return shipping costs are approximately 1.5 times higher than the original shipping fee, as we absorb part of the shipping cost from our warehouse to ensure an accessible experience.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery, with the recommendation to return your order within 7 days for timely processing. All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear to ensure suitability before deciding to keep it.

To initiate a return, please email hello@dandelion1989.com with the reason for the return. Our team must confirm all returns before processing. Returns will not be accepted without prior communication, and we will arrange the return pick-up through our DHL account.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse, using the original payment method. Please note that Dandelion 1989 is unable to refund international duties and taxes.
